SHIPPING POLICIES

SAME DAY SHIPPING on in-stock items ordered by 5:00 pm CST within the continental USA.  All in-stock items ship from our warehouse in Iowa.  Non-stock items that we have to order from our suppliers, based on the time your order is placed, those items may not ship same day.   Our suppliers are in different areas of the country and close at various times during the day.  

Shipping on non-stock items may be based on the suppliers’ current inventory.  Please call for availability of non-stock items so we can check the status of those items and let you know an approximate ship date.   Additional delivery days may apply to some items, oversize items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.
