Velcro around HD diesel fuel filter and connect to 12V battery and toggle switch (not included). Turn on heater 15 minutes before starting to warm the diesel fuel in the fuel filter for easier starting in cold weather. Made from temperature resistant silicone. Heater output is 100 Watts. Designed for fuel filter diameters between 3.5" and 5.0".
